Dmytro Zhivytskyi, the head of the Sumy OVA, said that starting today, October 7, the mask regime will again be introduced in the region due to the increase in the number of patients with

COVID-19.

He wrote about this in Telegram.

"From October 7, we are introducing a mask regime in the Sumy region due to the increased incidence of COVID. Unfortunately, it has not gone anywhere from us," - noted Zhivytskyi.

It is clarified that the mask regime must be observed in public transport and public places.

We would like to remind you that there is an increase in the incidence of COVID-19

in all regions .

The day before, the Kyiv City State Administration recommended that residents of the capital use personal protective equipment in public transport, places of service for visitors and educational institutions due to 

COVID-19.
