"Brussels clearly does not intend to reconsider its course of renouncing energy cooperation with Russia. At the present moment, it is generally in serious question, considering the sabotage against gas pipelines," Zakharova said, Bulgaria ON AIR reported.

Russia is ready to supply gas to Europe via the intact Nord Stream 2 line

The attacks were carried out on September 26 simultaneously against two Russian gas pipelines for the export of blue fuel to Europe - "Nord Stream" and "Nord Stream 2".

Germany, Denmark and Sweden do not rule out targeted sabotage.

Nord Stream operator Nord Stream AG said the damage to the gas pipelines was unprecedented and it was impossible to estimate the time needed to repair them.

Gazprom said on October 3 that the pressure in the damaged Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 pipelines had stabilized, gas leakage had stopped and gas was being pumped from another branch of Nord Stream 2 to check its entirety.

In turn, the Swedish Coast Guard said the same day that the leakage from "Nord Stream 2" was continuing and even slightly increasing.

The General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation initiated a case for an act of international terrorism after the damage to the Nord Stream gas pipelines.

Danish Foreign Minister Jeppe Kofod announced that the government in Copenhagen would refuse Russia's participation in the investigation of the sabotage and the identification of those responsible for it.
