According to the actor's lawyer, Matthew Hutchins became the executive producer of the film and will receive part of the revenue from the rental.

Filming will continue in 2023.

Meanwhile, the case against the celebrity, which was sued by Galina's husband in February, will be closed.

"Rusty, of which I will now be an executive producer, will resume filming in January 2023. I am not interested in mutual recriminations or assigning blame (to the producers or Mr. Baldwin). We all believe that Galina's death was a terrible accident. I am grateful, that the producers and the entertainment community came together to pay tribute to Galina's final work," Hutchins said in a statement, according to CNN.

It will be recalled that on October 21 last year, Hollywood actor Alec Baldwin accidentally shot cameraman Galina Hutchins and wounded director Joel Souz.

For his part, Baldwin stated that he pointed the gun at Hutchins as directed, but that the weapon fired without pulling the trigger.
