Serhiy Gaidai, the head of the Luhansk OVA, advised residents of the occupied territories in the region to move away from the front line or stay near shelters.

Gaidai said this on the air of the telethon "Edyny Novyni".

"We are now appealing to all residents of the occupied territories to either leave somewhere far from the front line, or stay mostly in shelters. Because this is a war, a projectile can fly and explode somewhere near the military, but the

fragments can also hit civilians.

" , - explained the head of the region.

He emphasized that the Russian invaders are very much mining the territories.

"These are not only bridges, overpasses, roads, some intersections. These are also administrative buildings,

mines are scattered - so-called petals, which are prohibited

because they injure people very much. Very large areas are littered with them," Gaidai said.

We will remind, on October 5, Gaidai announced the official start of the decoupling of Luhansk region.

Thus, Ukrainian troops have already raised national flags in some settlements of the region.

Already in the evening, the head of the region announced that the armed forces had liberated six settlements in the Luhansk region.
