It doesn't matter globally to Ukraine whether Russian President Vladimir

Putin

declares war or the name of a military anti-terrorist operation, he can change it at least every day, because it will change absolutely nothing.

Vadym Denysenko, advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs and executive director of the Future Institute, wrote about this on Facebook.

"Today, Putin was supposed to speak and then canceled his appeal to the Russians about the war. For us, in fact, globally, it doesn't matter: he will declare a war or a military anti-terrorist operation. We just have to understand: there is a trend in the Russian Federation to drive Putin into a corner. Driving him, his closest circle, which uses warmongers and propagandists for their own purposes (they themselves are happy to be used). And here we approach the point of bifurcation: either they (these pushers) decide to launch nuclear weapons and the elites create Iran-2 or the same elites bring the situation to the hottest point and prevent Putin from doing it as a result of some palace coup and start some negotiations with the West," Denisenko said.

The adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs emphasized that the second option, i.e. negotiations with Russia, has a better chance of being implemented.

He also noted that the escalation of the nuclear threat would be a very difficult test for the psychological state of millions, and urged not to believe all rumors.

We will remind, Putin announced that they are going to occupy more territories of Ukraine.

Putin's

spokesman Peskov invented a new delusion about the "return to Russia" of all the territories of Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Luhansk and Donetsk regions.
