It is about the illness of relatives or if criminal proceedings have been opened against the mobilized person and he cannot come to the military commissariat on time.

This is stated in the decision, which was approved by the Government No. 1108 of September 30.

Among the reasons for not coming to the military commissariat on time are the following:

  • illness or the need to care for a sick wife (husband), a child, as well as one's own parents or a wife (husband) who live with a conscript or reservist, in the event that other close relatives cannot care for the sick person;

  • conducting criminal proceedings against a conscript or reservist, as well as applying an administrative penalty or criminal punishment to him, which makes his arrival impossible.

However, you need to have documents to confirm the reason for the absence.

It will be recalled that the head of the Darnytsky Territorial Recruitment Center in Kyiv, Colonel Ruslan Trygub, explained how a conscript learns that he is being mobilized.
