On Tuesday, October 4, the Ukrainian flag was officially raised in Lyman, Donetsk region.

Despite the fact that life is returning to the city, local authorities

are urging not to return yet, as large-scale demining continues.

This was reported by the head of the Donetsk regional military administration, Pavlo Kyrylenko.

According to him, the city is starting to

establish logistics, delivery of humanitarian aid, and issuance of pensions.

Thank you to our Armed Forces for clearing our Ukrainian lands of the enemy.

The occupiers leave behind ruins.

But the main thing is our land.

We will rebuild everything anew.

I would like to note separately: for those who evacuated,

IT IS STILL TOO EARLY TO RETURN TO THE VACATED POPULATIONS!

Large-scale demining work is underway, a difficult winter is ahead, which will be extremely difficult to survive," the official emphasized.
