As of October 4, exit from the occupation remains effectively blocked.

During the past day, only 32 people were able to leave Kherson region.

This was announced by the Deputy Chairman of the Kherson Regional Council Yuriy Sobolevskyi.

By the way, from October 1, residents of territories captured by the Russians must obtain a special "permit" to leave Kherson Oblast.

Thus, during the last three days, only 51 people left the region.

"The orcs are actually holding our people hostage, not giving them the opportunity to escape from the arms of the Russian peace," Sobolevsky emphasized.

As reported, the residents of the occupied regions of the Kherson region are

at risk of a humanitarian crisis,

as the Russian military uses the few crossings across the Dnipro to transport weapons, not food.
