Britain has been a major player on the ground, not a bystander, since the start of the war in February, that is what James Cleverley plans to tell delegates, Sky News reported after viewing pre-released parts of the Foreign Secretary's speech.

"We will support the Ukrainians until this war is won. We will support them until their sovereignty is restored. We will never recognize the annexation of Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson, Zaporozhye and Crimea," Cleverly said.

The Foreign Secretary will add that when Ukraine wins the war Britain will continue to support it to rebuild its homes, economy and society.

The United Kingdom is one of the most serious supporters of Ukraine, having sent and continues to send large quantities of weapons, and former Prime Minister Boris Johnson was warmly welcomed during his several visits to the country after the start of the war, Sky News commented.
