Russia has great difficulties in accommodating, training and equipping new conscripts.

According to APA, this was stated in the intelligence service of the Ministry of Defense of Great Britain.

It was reported that on September 30, the President of Russia signed an order regarding the autumn convocation.

This order envisages the recruitment of 120,000 new conscripts into the ranks of the army.

It was noted that these conscripts are not legally allowed to be deployed outside of Russia, and in this regard, they are different from those involved in the partial mobilization announced on September 21.

It was added that this time the recruitment period will start one month later than usual - from November 1, 2022.

"This is a sign of the increasing pressure Russia is facing to train and equip large numbers of new conscripts," the report said.

It was emphasized that Russia's administrative and logistical shortcomings will continue to undermine its efforts.
