Zhang Ximing believed that he had been deliberately magnified and inspected, resulting in a delay in being granted parole, and the results of the previous and previous inspections were contradictory, and he was obviously treated differently from other detainees, so he decided to appear in court to make it clear and clear.

In his complaint, Zhang Ximing compared six inmates with the same sentence in three prisons in Taichung, Tainan, and Penghu. Although they all applied the new law, they were granted parole after a maximum of six submissions, but he failed to pass.

Zhang Ximing emphasized that he really worked hard to improve himself in prison. He applied for the middle school of Nanjian Shude Advanced Education School three times in 4 years, but he was not accepted. Later, he asked his family to send textbooks for self-study. Certificates of passing in subjects such as Chinese, mathematics, and social sciences are issued.

Zhang Ximing also counted the technical training courses of egg rolls, baking, computers, lacquerware, carving, printing, handmade soap, life etiquette, solar energy maintenance, etc. for various supervisors from 2015 to 2020, and he failed the list 35 times. Have a heart, but not be seen.
