Recently, the police had received a complaint from a person living in Paschim Vihar Delhi.

According to the victim, someone had sent her a message on her WhatsApp number and spoke to her posing as a girl.

The victim spoke to the alleged person over a video call.

After a few days, the caller sent her a screen recorder video, in which she had a revenge video with a woman.

Money was demanded for not uploading the video on social media.

The victim transferred Rs 12500 to his account.

However, later he lodged a case with the police.

During the police investigation, all the details of suspicious bank accounts and phone numbers were obtained and analyzed.

After analysis and technical monitoring, it was found that the said mobile number is mostly active in Rajasthan.

Acting on this, accused Govind Ram was arrested from Bharatpur, Rajasthan.

During continuous interrogation, accused Govind revealed that he came in contact with his friends and other people around his village.

Who used to demand money from innocent people by making fake porn videos.

He was impressed by his earnings.

He along with his brother Gautam and other friends started forming a gang of sexual extortion and started extorting money.

They used to call unknown male persons on their WhatsApp numbers and talk with them posing as women and record nude videos of them.

This video was then replaced with another video of women and the victims used to extort them on the pretext of making the video viral.

Used to use fake bank account to take money.
