The video shows the helicopter from different angles, including a bird's eye view, 360-degree rotation, flying shots and an inside cockpit view.

Air Force pilots can be seen loading ammunition into the guns, coordinating during flight and firing at targets.

The Light Combat Helicopter (LCH) has been developed by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL).

It is primarily designed for deployment in high altitude areas.

It was inducted into the Indian Air Force at a ceremony in Jodhpur in the presence of Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and Chief of the Air Staff, Air Chief Marshal VR Choudhary.

Over the next several years, the Light Combat Helicopters will serve to strengthen the Indian Army and the Indian Air Force.

Regarding the chopper, officials said the 5.8-tonne twin-engined helicopter has already completed firing trials from various weapons.

Where it can be deployed

This helicopter can be deployed for high-altitude bunker-busting operations, counter-insurgency operations in jungles and urban environments as well as ground level enemy combat.

The helicopter has been tested over Ladakh. It has the capability to shoot down Chinese drones with air-to-air missiles.
