This was announced by the chairman of the Regional Election Commission (RIC ) in Ruse Milena Hinkova.

. Hinkova comments that there will probably be a change of seats for candidate deputies because of the preferences, but it is too early to determine this.

Voter turnout in Rusensko was 34.05 percent - 68,497 people voted out of a total of 201,142. It is about one percent lower than the vote on November 14, when 35.27 percent of voters voted.

"The low percentage of voter turnout was expected. Even for Ruse, it is good compared to the previous elections. We accepted the protocols relatively easily. There were no major errors in them. The election day went well," explained Khinkova. 

She added that there were forgotten protocols and incomplete ones.

Hinkova also said that two machines printed a receipt, but did not reflect the votes.
