GATE 2023 registration date extended, now you can apply till this date

GATE 2023:
The Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IIT-Kanpur) has extended the last date for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2023) registration.
In such a situation, candidates willing to apply for GATE 2023 can now apply till 4 October 2022.
For gate 2023 registration, candidates go to the official website gate.iitk.ac.in.
Earlier the last date to apply for GATE 2023 was 30 September 2022.
This year IIT Kanpur is conducting GATE 2023 exam.
To register for GATE 2023, the general category candidates will have to pay Rs 1350.
Whereas candidates belonging to women, SC / ST and PWD category will have to pay Rs 850.
Candidates can apply for GATE 2023 till 7 October 2022 with late fee.
The GATE 2023 exam is to be held in February next year.
The exam will be held on 4th, 5th, 11th and 12th February 2022.
At the same time, the admit card for this exam will be issued on January 3, 2023.
Candidates who are successful in GATE 2023 exam can apply for MTech in other institutes including seven IITs of the country.

GATE 2023 exam will be for 100 marks.
If an applicant is appearing for two papers each will be of 100 marks.
General Aptitude will be for 15 marks and 85 marks will be for the respective course.
The exam will be of 3 hours.
There will be three types of questions in the exam- Multiple Choice Questions, Multiple Select Questions, Numerical Answer Type.
There will be a total of 65 questions in the exam.
There is also a provision of negative marking in GATE exam.
There is negative marking in Multiple Choice Questions, while there is no negative marking in Multiple Select Questions or Numerical Answer Type.
GATE 2023 Registration: Follow the steps given below to apply
1. Visit the official website of GATE at gate.iitk.ac.in.
2. Click on Apply Online on the homepage.
3. Complete the registration process by filling the required details.
4. Then fill the GATE 2023 application form by uploading all the required documents, scanned photograph and scanned signature.
5.Now pay the GATE 2023 application fee and click on submit.
