Over 82,000 people and 18,000 vehicles crossed Ukraine's western

borders

with the EU and Moldova on October 2 .

Today, October 3, the largest queues of cars formed on the Ukrainian-Polish border.

This was reported in the Western regional office of the State Border Service.

24 thousand of them crossed the border with Poland, the rest went to other EU countries and Moldova.

At the same time, 44,000 people

returned from abroad

, 41,000 of them are citizens of Ukraine.

During this period, 71 trucks with humanitarian aid were registered.

According to the border guards, as of 12:00 p.m.

On October 3, queues at the borders 

with neighboring countries, for departure from Ukraine, were recorded at the following checkpoints:

Republic of Poland:

  • "Ustylug" - 50 l/a, 0 buses (pedestrians are not allowed);

  • "Ugryniv" - 20 l/a, 0 buses, 0 pedestrians (pedestrians are only allowed to exit for the purpose of evacuation);

  • "Rava-Ruska" - 60 l/a, 0 buses, 0 pedestrians (pedestrians are only allowed to exit for the purpose of evacuation);

  • "Krakivets" - 10 l/a, 0 buses;

    (pedestrians are not allowed to pass).

Slovak Republic:

"Uzhhorod" - 10 l/a, 0 buses (pedestrians are not allowed to pass).

Hungary:

"Vylok" - 5 l/a, 0 pedestrians.
