In the temporarily occupied Crimea, the Russian police is conducting an investigation following the publication of a video in which "Mrs. Crimea-2022" Olha Valeeva performs the Ukrainian song "Chervona Kalyna".

This was reported by the publication "Krym.Realiya" with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Crimea created by the occupiers.

Russian law enforcement officers, as stated in the message, are conducting measures aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the event.

"Based on the collected police materials, a decision will be made in accordance with the law," Russian police officers said.

Now the video with the performance of Valeeva's Ukrainian song has been deleted.

Instablogger Valeeva, who is known by the pseudonym "Ryzhulya", wrote on the social network that she did not know the meaning of the song and asked to stop "writing insults to her on social networks".

"I did not know that this song is connected with something and is somehow forbidden!

And we sang it without any meanings and sub-meanings and symbols!

We just sang a Ukrainian song (we thought it was just a song we've known for a long time)," she wrote on Instagram.

The Crimean beauty also noted that she is Ukrainian and lives peacefully in Simferopol, where she raises two children.

We will remind you that a beauty contest was held in temporarily occupied Sevastopol.

Four "Crimea Spring - 2022" beauty queens were chosen at it.

34-year-old Olga Valeeva became "Mrs. beauty queen".
