From October 1, residents of the occupied territories must obtain a special "permit" to leave.

This is happening against the background of the fact that now there is another wave of people leaving

Kherson

.

The Russians are deliberately blocking the exit.

Deputy of the Kherson Regional Council Serhii Khlan told about this on the air of the telethon.

According to him, people are actively trying to leave Kherson Oblast, which the occupiers left without gas supply.

"Actually, today there is no gas either in Kherson or in the Kherson region. It is not known how the heating season will play out. Therefore, people are starting to leave, and the occupiers are introducing some incomprehensible rules. It is necessary to submit an electronic application, a photo of yourself, a passport, and it is not even clear why for adults - a birth certificate, to indicate the place of departure, to make some kind of document - who is inviting you and where. You need to submit all this via the Internet, but in some populated areas there is no Internet," the official said.

In turn, the Deputy Chairman of the Kherson Regional Council Yuriy Sobolevsky reported that only 11 people were able to leave during October 1.

"Russian Mir" turns everything on its way into places where it is not just difficult to live, but also to breathe," he emphasized.

As reported,

in the Kupyan district of the Kharkiv region, a convoy of cars was found under fire

.

The cars were occupied by civilians.

It happened in the so-called "gray zone" between occupied Svatov in Luhansk region and liberated Kupyansk in Kharkiv region.

At least 20 people died, including 10 children.
