[Instant News/Comprehensive Report] Joe Cypranowski, a Georgia man, recently stole multiple scratch cards at a gas station in Newnan (Newnan), Coweta County, and finally scraped it for $700 ( About NT$22,000), but after he was arrested, the judge ruled that he would be on bail for US$3,000 (about NT$95,000).

According to a Fox News report, when Cipranovsky bought lottery tickets at a gas station, he took a bunch of scratch-off games from the counter. The crime process was all caught on surveillance cameras, so he was quickly arrested by the police.

The Coweta County Sheriff's Office pointed out that stealing one lottery ticket or several hundred tickets is a felony in Georgia, no matter how much money is involved, even for a $1 (about NT$31.8) scratch-off, so Western Pranovsky faces felony charges of unjust enrichment in lottery tickets, as well as burglary charges.
