"The efforts made by the CEC were justified. In my opinion, the vote was fair. There were no signals of serious violations. Out of 11,013 machines, only 31 did not work. I think the election process went smoothly."

Rositsa Mateva, spokesperson of the CEC and vice-chairman of the Commission, said this to BNR.
