In the Pleven village of Dolni Lukovit, a 38-year-old man was arrested for buying votes.

This was reported to BTA by Mariana Tsvetkova, spokesperson of the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (OD of the Ministry of Internal Affairs) in Pleven. 

A police investigation established that the arrested person offered BGN 40 each to vote for a certain political party.

"Gallup" with voter turnout at 5 p.m.

The man was detained with a police measure for a period of up to 24 hours under the Law on the Interior.

Fast-track proceedings were initiated in the case.

The 38-year-old was brought in and interrogated as a defendant for a crime under Art.

167, para.

2 of the Criminal Code, specified Tsvetkova. 

They detained a 21-year-old man for buying votes in Etropole

As BTA informs, two men and one woman were detained today in the Pleven village of Bukovlak after receiving information about violations related to the election process.
