Saying the word "common characteristics", many Buddhists who are far from the temple may not be familiar with this word. This word means that the characteristics are equal in all bodies.

But when it is called "trilak", it means the three characteristics of the body.

Popularly called Anicchan, Dukkha, Anatta, we will be more familiar with.

Reverend Father Phra Thammakittiwong

(Luang Por Thongdee Suratecho promoted the rank of Brahma.

and change it again until I can't remember it anymore) explained in the "Kham Temple" that

Anika means the state in which all sankharas cannot be certain, are not fixed, are constantly changing, such as being a child and then turning into a young person, an adult, an old person, and a dead person.

Suffering or dukkha means physical discomfort or discomfort.

Suffering in the 4 Noble Truths is divided into two:

Suffering is the constant suffering and suffering that exists with everyone.

There are no exceptions: birth, old age, and death.

Pakinakadukkha means suffering that comes from time to time, namely sorrow, lamentation, discomfort, displeasure, and despair.

experience of dislike

Separation from likes, disappointments, not getting what you want.

Another meaning of suffering is a condition that is difficult to bear.

a condition that cannot be sustained in its original state

Anatta means not self, not self, not popular means no self, no self.

Anatta is a common characteristic.

that is, the birth is equal to all sankharas.

Anatta is named as follows.

because it has the following characteristics

1. is an empty state

is unable to find the true state

Because it consists of four elements (earth, water, wind, fire), when the elements are separated, there is no real state.

2. The owner cannot be found, that is, there is no one who truly owns it.

All rights reserved and cannot be changed.

3. Not in power, not under the command of anyone.

who can't force

such as not being able to force

4. Contradicting the ego is the opposite of the ego.

These are the knowledge of common characteristics...or things of vanity, dukkha, anatta that we speak fluently.

But if you know

Still not connected to the mind to ease the confusion and anxiety.

I always choose to pray...the Buddha's words...that I try to memorize from the "Buddha Dharma" of Somdej Phra Buddhakosachan (Payut Payutto) as follows:

Monks, form is impermanent, whatever is impermanent.

what is suffering

what is suffering

that thing is soulless

what is soulless

A monk should use right insight.

actually consider that

We are not that, this is, that is not who we are.

That's not ours.

whether it is merit

Or it could be a miracle when recited once or twice.

Suffering caused by clinging to oneself

in the position where it is

In things that used to be inadvertently loved, etc., are often relaxed.

My heart is light. I'm comfortable.

Fortunately, I was born a Buddhist.

should be facing

Stretching the chest to keep it in...why do you suffer with the change?

that is commonplace

In the old saying, people love as skin.

People who hate as much as the mat...at least...I was born even though I still have some lovers.

Not when it's time to hate all people.
