Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched 5G service today and with this, 5G service has started in 13 cities of the country from today.

Before launching the 5G service, PM Modi inaugurated the 6th edition of the Indian Mobile Congress (IMC) at Pragati Maidan in Delhi. Here Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) Chairman Mukesh Ambani and Reliance Jio Chairman Akash Ambani greeted PM Modi. Gave full demo about 5G services.

At the inauguration of the 6th edition of the Indian Mobile Congress (IMC) at Pragati Maidan, 3 major telecom operators of the country gave a demo one by one to the Prime Minister to showcase the potential of 5G technology in India. Chairman of Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Jio connected a Mumbai school teacher with students from three different locations in Maharashtra, Gujarat and Odisha.

It demonstrated how 5G would facilitate education by bringing teachers closer to students, bridging the physical distance between them.
