This opinion was expressed by the head of the Luhansk OVA Serhii Gaidai in Telegram.

"Regarding the development of events, after the occupiers leave Liman (if they can and have time), the de-occupation of the Luhansk region will begin after Liman. We are waiting for all this. We have prepared. How it will happen, from which direction - it is more up to military," Gaidai said.

In addition, he added that the occupiers themselves are posting videos on the network that the military command threw them into the Liman at will.

Also, the head of the OVA is convinced that the holding of the so-called referendums does not affect the events at the front in any way, because the Armed Forces are confidently moving forward.
