After the defeat of the Russian troops in Liman in Donetsk region, the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, and the creator of the "Wagner" PMC, Yevhen Prigozhin, "raided" the General Staff and the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

This opinion was expressed by the advisor of the President's Office, Oleksiy Arestovych, in a conversation with the Russian oppositionist, lawyer Mark Feigin.

"Kadyrov and Prigozhin attacked General Lapin, the General Staff, and the Ministry of Defense. And this has many consequences. Only leaders have the privilege of appointing the guilty. And why are they appointing the guilty when the leader has not yet spoken? So,
