One of the spheres of activity of the working group is the restoration of public power on the de-occupied territory of the peninsula, within the framework of which the Presidential Representation in Crimea organized a meeting with representatives of law enforcement and law enforcement agencies on September 29.

The Representation emphasizes that without the restoration of security and law and order on the peninsula, it will be impossible to ensure the effective operation of other components of the restoration of Crimea.

This is stated on the official Facebook page of the Representation of the President of Ukraine in Crimea.

In particular, it is already planned to create a personnel reserve of all branches of government for the de-occupied Crimea.

In addition, they are already going to carry out professional training of law enforcement officers and employees, as well as to create material and technical support, in particular by forming the corresponding expenditure items in the State Budget of Ukraine.

"Those citizens who were forced to leave the peninsula due to the occupation can become one of the sources of the personnel reserve for Crimea - these people will be very motivated, because they will return home," the Representation says.

Also key will be the implementation of controlled communication and the Internet, ensuring the operation of the "102" line, providing funding for the restoration of civil infrastructure, public transport, housing, in particular, cooperation with business structures that provide critical infrastructure: food, construction, postal, etc.

The participants of the meeting proposed and discussed possible solutions that Ukraine should consider when developing a strategy for the restoration of Crimea after the deoccupation.

All these components will be worked out, after which they should be included in the concept and plan of the post-war reconstruction of Crimea, communicated with the society and have criteria for proper evaluation of the implementation.

By the end of this year, Ukraine is preparing a certain vision and an action plan indicating the key blocks of reintegration work - this document, after preliminary consideration by the President of Ukraine, will be presented in the form of a framework vision document at the First Parliamentary Summit of the Crimean Platform.

Also, specific projects will be developed from this plan, in which our state will offer international partners to join - to also ensure European integration processes on the territory of the de-occupied Crimean peninsula.

It will be recalled that after a series of explosions in the annexed Crimea, the Russian military relocated part of the personnel of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation to Novorossiysk, and also distributed the aviation that was in Crimea to airfields on the territory of Russia.
