However, the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has no relation to the protests in Dagestan.

People there revolted because of the Kremlin's ridiculous policy. 

The head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, said this during a telethon on the "1+1" channel.

"Many certain events in the world are attributed to me. I have a normal attitude to this. We worked and are working in the Caucasus region. This is true. But, unfortunately, for me, I cannot say that this is a personal achievement. This is, in many cases, a senseless policy of the Russian Federation Everything that is happening now is absolutely consistent," Budanov explained. 

We will remind, in Dagestan since the beginning of Vladimir Putin's announcement of "partial mobilization", protest moods in Russia have increased significantly.

There were even clashes with the police during the actions.
