Bakcell's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) project aimed at increasing the educational and employment opportunities of women from the families of martyrs and veterans has been completed.

According to the information provided by the company to "APA-Economcis", 16 women participated in the project covering the years 2021-2022.

At the initial stage, they are given motivation, goal setting, soft skills development, CV creation, networking, etc.

seminars and practical exercises were held.

In the next stage, the women participated in 7-month English, Russian, computer, small business building and management, and accounting courses and trainings.

The project beneficiaries benefited from opportunities such as continuing their education, starting vocational training and getting a job according to their wishes.

Providing care and attention to children suffering from war, as well as family members of martyrs and veterans is one of the main directions of CSR program of "Bakcell" company.

The company implements several projects in this field.
