Putin said that only reserve citizens, primarily those with the required qualifications and experience, are involved in the mobilization.
The President of Russia demanded to correct all the mistakes during the mobilization and to return the illegally summoned citizens.

APA's Moscow correspondent reports that this was stated by the Russian leader's press secretary, Dmitry Peskov.
According to him, the President will hold the 18th meeting of the heads of security agencies and intelligence services of CIS member states.
He noted that the current situation - against the background of "increasing external and internal threats", a special burden and responsibility falls on the security bodies and intelligence services of the CIS states.
"At the end of this event, the President plans to hold an urgent meeting with the permanent members of the Security Council, and we do not rule out several international telephone conversations," the Kremlin spokesman said.
