On September 30, the Kremlin will sign an agreement on the accession of the illegally annexed territories of Ukraine to the Russian Federation.

This was reported by the Fuhrer's press secretary Dmytro Peskov, rosZMI reports.

As noted, the so-called ceremony will take place in the Kremlin at 15:00 Moscow time.

"There will be a voluminous speech by President Putin at this event. This is not the president's message to the Federal Assembly, it is very important not to get confused. This is a different format, the president's message will take place later, we will inform about it in a timely manner," said Peskov.

We will remind that in occupied Mariupol loud explosions were heard in three districts of the city.
