During the day of September 28, almost 68 thousand people and 18 thousand vehicles crossed the

western

borders of Ukraine with the EU and Moldova.

This was reported in the Western regional office of the State Border Service.

More than 37,000 people left

19 thousand of them crossed the border with Poland, the rest went to other EU countries and Moldova.

At  the same time

, 30,000 people returned from abroad

, more than 27,000 of them are citizens of Ukraine.

During this period, 78 trucks with humanitarian aid were registered.

According to border guards, as of 09:00 a.m. 

On September 29, queues at the borders

 with neighboring countries, for departure from Ukraine, were recorded at the following checkpoints:

Republic of Poland:

  • "Ustylug" - 100 l/a, 0 buses (pedestrians are not allowed);

  • "Ugryniv" - 40 l/a, 0 buses, 0 pedestrians (pedestrians are only allowed to exit for the purpose of evacuation);

  • "Rava-Ruska" - 10 l/a, 6 buses, 0 pedestrians (pedestrians are allowed to exit only for the purpose of evacuation);

  • "Grushiv" - 10 l/a, 3 buses, 0 pedestrians (pedestrians are only allowed to exit for the purpose of evacuation);

  • "Krakivets" - 30 l/a, 25 buses;

    (pedestrians are not allowed to pass);

  • "Sheghini" - 85 l/a, 9 buses, 200 pedestrians (pedestrians are allowed to pass in both directions).

Slovak Republic:

  • "Uzhgorod" - 20 l/a, 2 buses (pedestrians are not allowed to pass).

Hungary:

  • "Tysa" - 40 l/a, 12 buses;

    (pedestrians are not allowed to pass);

  • "Luzhanka" - 10 l/a, 0 pedestrians;

  • "Vylok" - 5 l/a, 0 pedestrians.

Romania:

  • "Porubne" - 40 l/a, 0 buses, 0 pedestrians.
