[Reporter You Mingjin/Yilan Report] National Highway No. 5 Yilan B Connecting Road has been established from Zhuangwei to Jinshi Road in Yilan City, but the road to Yuanshan Township has not been opened yet.

Yilan County Councilor Chen Junyu expressed his concern at the parliamentary question today. Wang Minghui, director of the county government's transportation department, said that Yilan B will be extended to Yuanshan, with a total cost of 1.73 billion yuan. The EIA and basic design should be completed next year. Finish.

Chen Junyu pointed out that in response to the advent of the high-speed rail era, the transportation network of Yixian County should be well planned. The high-speed rail station has been determined to be located near the county government center. If Yuanshan Township and Sanxing Township want to go to the high-speed rail station, is there a more convenient road network in Yilan? If B is to be used as the main connecting road, when can it be completed?

Wang Minghui said that the county government has made comprehensive transportation planning in 2016, including straight-line railways, railway viaducts, etc. are under discussion. In response to the arrival of high-speed rail, the county government will conduct a comprehensive review, and the east-west road network in Yilan County will give priority to planning, and Yilan B will be connected. Dao is an important road between things and things. At present, it has reached Jinshi Road, and it will extend to Yuanshan Township in the future.

He pointed out that the total length of Yilan B is 11.3 kilometers, and the development progress is 67%. The construction of 7.55 kilometers from Zhuangwei on the second line of Taiwan to the Jintu Road in Yilan City has been completed, and the 3.75 kilometers from Jinshi Road to the entrance of the seventh line in Taiwan has not yet been opened. The planned width is 32 meters. The project cost is 610 million yuan, the land use fee is 1.12 billion yuan, and the total cost is 1.73 billion yuan.

Wang Minghui said that the basic design and environmental impact assessment of the extension section B of Yilan has been processed, and it is expected to be completed in the middle of next year. According to the current principle of subsidy for road construction and painting in the central living circle, the central subsidy will cover 81% of the project funds and 50% of the land use fee. We will seek funding subsidies from the central government, and we will also allocate funds for construction, which we hope to complete within five years.
