[Reporter Wu Liangyi/Taipei Report] The Food and Drug Administration today released the results of this year's "Chocolate Product Manufacturing Inspection". There are many well-known chocolate brand operators in Taiwan who violated the regulations, including 3 operators who were found to have expired raw materials, and 1 operator who found that the food was good. Hygiene regulations were not in compliance with regulations, 1 business owner did not purchase product liability insurance, and 6 products did not meet the labeling regulations.

Since this year, my country has introduced new measures on "Chocolate Name and Labeling Regulations", requiring product labeling and specifications to comply with the new regulations.

The Food and Drug Administration and the health bureaus of counties and cities jointly conducted a chocolate inspection project, and inspected a total of 57 businesses in all counties and cities in Taiwan.

The inspection results found that the “Lejun International Business Company” in New Taipei City had the most violations, including a fine of 120,000 yuan for unqualified GHP (Good Food Hygiene Practice) review, a fine of 40,000 yuan for product labeling violations, and a fine of 120,000 yuan for seized overdue raw materials.

Kaohsiung City's "Golden Point Company" was found to have violated the labelling of raw materials and products, and was fined 90,000 yuan.

The "Manfino Chocolate Company" in Yilan County was seized with overdue raw materials and was fined 60,000 yuan.

In addition, the product labeling of "Yiyi Cocoa Company" in Taipei City violated the regulations and was fined 39,000 yuan.

Taipei City's "Cocomec Enterprise" was fined 30,000 yuan for failing to take out product liability insurance in accordance with regulations.

Taipei City's "Happy Cocoa Company" imported raw materials for failing to go through the import inspection in accordance with regulations, and was fined 30,000 yuan.

Tainan City's "Duke of Cheese Company" product labeling violation was fined 40,000 yuan.
