The page turned by Azerbaijan two years ago was the page of restoration of historical justice.

Unfortunately, this page was written in blood.

This was stated by Oleg Shein, who was a five-term deputy of the Russian State Duma and is currently the head of the faction of the "Just Russia" Party of the Duma of Astrakhan Oblast, in an interview with APA's Moscow correspondent.

According to him, what happened two years ago was unexpected for everyone: "Azerbaijan solved the task that was openly announced by President Ilham Aliyev.

Some time ago, I visited Karabakh and Shusha at the invitation of Polad Bulbuloglu, the ambassador of Azerbaijan to Russia.

It is impossible not to admire the pace of the work done on the reconstruction of Karabakh.

I was impressed by how Azerbaijan restored the infrastructure, roads, and the work it did for the peaceful living of people in the lands freed from occupation.

I wish that peaceful life in Karabakh will be restored soon."

The Russian deputy said that friendly relations with the countries' neighbors are important: "You need to be able to make friends with the neighbors, because it is impossible to change the geography.

Arguments and conflicts are possible, but each conflict does not benefit the country itself strategically.

The decision regarding the opening of transport communications when the peace was signed is very important not only for Azerbaijan, but also for Armenia.

Because Armenia will have access to the big world market, trade relations, as well as its own development."
