[Reporter Li Lianghui/Taipei Report] In response to Pei Wei, a shareholder of Mirror TV, he issued a statement today, saying that the shareholders meeting on that day only lasted for more than 20 minutes, and that Tian Fuzhang was identified as the recorder. 2 hours, not the 20 minutes that Pei Wei alleged, and the "whistleblower" was not Tian Fuzhang.

In response to Pei Wei's statement in the media today, Chen Jianping said that he "participated in the whole process" of the Jing TV shareholder meeting on December 17, 2021.

The complete sound file he obtained from the whistleblower lasted about 2 hours, not just over 20 minutes.

Chen Jianping emphasized that on the day of the shareholders' meeting, Pei Wei did report to the shareholders attending the meeting the content and results of his communication with the government.

The content of the recording revealed by the legislators yesterday was indeed Pei Wei's speech.

Regarding Pei Wei's repeated allegations that this part of the speech was not on the official agenda of the shareholders' meeting, Chen Jianping said, "I can't understand the meaning?"

Chen Jianping also clarified that the recording files he obtained were provided by the whistleblower, not from Tian Fuzhang, who was accused by Pei Wei.

Regarding Pei Wei's false accusation, Chen Jianping said that Tian Fuzhang will decide how to take corresponding legal actions to defend his rights. I fully respect it and will give the greatest support.
