They plan to confiscate the cars of those Russian citizens who escape mobilization abroad and hand them over to those mobilized. 

This was stated by the speaker of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, Vyacheslav Volodin, according to the Russian media of mass propaganda. 

The Russian authorities are already compiling lists of evaders who fled Russia due to mobilization.

They are also planned to be punished by confiscating people's property. 

"Nowadays, cars are already being abandoned. We also need to think. Who to give it to. Perhaps to the families of those boys who went to war against Ukraine. It will be right. And then let them walk, and this is also science," Volodin said.
