Previously, the Ukrainian capital could not be occupied by professional Russian soldiers, and therefore the mobilized ones will not be able to do it either.

Arestovych said this in a conversation with Russian human rights defender Mark Feigin on September 28.

"Let's take the Kyiv direction. Then these "heroes" came here from elite units - paratroopers, the best motorized rifle units. And after a month we knocked them out. Even if a 100,000-strong army went to Kyiv, it would be even worse for them, because one of their problems near Kiev was that there were too many of them. The terrain does not allow the use of such a large number of people. Then we were not ready for defense. Now everything is different. Besides, the Russian army is not so professional anymore. And now if they go again, we will knock them out, their losses will be terrible. They will not achieve anything. They do not know how to fight, and military affairs are a very difficult thing," Arestovich said.

We will remind you that Putin wants to transfer troops to Belarus to attack Volyn and Kyiv.
