• Misinformation

During the meeting of the UN Security Council, the Deputy Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the UN V. Nebenzia stated: "referendums [on the Ukrainian National Assembly] were held in full transparency and in compliance with all election norms... this is an undeniable fact, no matter how much the Kyiv regime and its patrons try to claim the opposite."

• Misinformation

D. Pushylin, a collaborator and "leader" of the Donetsk Oblast TOT, stated that "the territory [of Donetsk Oblast] within its constitutional boundaries will be liberated, [Donetsk Oblast] as part of the Russian Federation will move to a new phase of hostilities... and the conflict line in Donbas is becoming more and more more NATO instructors who lead units of the Armed Forces."

• Manipulation

The spokesman of the President of the Russian Federation, D. Peskov, stated that "everyone is interested in the grain agreement working, but it is necessary to fulfill its initial goal - supply to the poorest countries... artificial restrictions on the export of Russian fertilizers should be removed and leave the terms of the grain agreement."
