In the city of Valuyka, Belgorod region of Russia, which is not far from the Ukrainian border, "cotton" happened "unexpectedly".

The governor of Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, reported about the explosions.

According to him, an ammunition detonation occurred in the Valuysk city district.

Gladkov called the "human factor" the cause of the incident.

As a result of the explosion, 14 people were injured.

"Injuries of varying degrees of severity. All necessary medical assistance is provided. Emergency services are at home and are investigating what happened," the Russian governor said.

Earlier, military expert Zhdanov gave an unexpected reason why the Russians are shelling their Belgorod.
