In the city of Ust-Ilimsk, Irkutsk region, on September 26, 25-year-old local resident Ruslan Zinin shot a military commissar during a meeting at the military commissar.

The mother of detainee Ruslan Zinin told why her son dared to take such a step.

"Sibir.Realii" writes about this.

According to the woman, Zinin himself

did not receive the summons

, but his best friend did.

"The son was very upset, he was indignant that they sent a summons, and his friend did not even serve in the army. He repeated everything: "They said there would be a partial mobilization, but as a result, everyone will be kicked out," says the shooter's mother.

An eyewitness to the incident at the Military Commissariat said on condition of anonymity that Ruslan Zinin did indeed appear at the commissariat in the morning, and returned a second time in the afternoon.

"He had a fight with a military commissar. He flogged him and sent him to everyone. The conversation began with the shooter's question: "Why are those who have not served in the army called up?

My friend didn't even go to the emergency room, he got a summons." He sent him and said: "Now fuck you,

you will go instead of your friend,

" says the interlocutor of the publication.

According to other eyewitnesses, Zinin brought the homemade cut to the military commissariat himself.

"Well, it's a myth that he volunteered and, having received a weapon, started shooting. He had a submachine gun. And who would have given him a barrel there on the first day? The question is different: why did he

go

to the police station

with a weapon without any obstacles

and it didn't even ring - that's because there isn't even a frame for a metal detector," said a local resident.

Later, after interrogating Zinin, Russian investigators reported that the boy committed the shooting after his cousin, 21-year-old Gurov Vasyl, received a summons.

Also, in March 2022, his best friend, 19-year-old Danylo, died during the war in Ukraine.

A friend of the shooter, Oleksandr, said that Zinin was "normal in general, not lazy, not lazy, worked well and was definitely not a psycho."

"I don't know how it was necessary to bring him to such a point. Perhaps because with the beginning of this mobilization, everyone has gone crazy. Some are afraid that "everyone will be swept away". Others shout, "we have to go, that's all to graduate", but at the same time they do not go as volunteers", - the man notes.

The newspaper learned that in Ust-Ilimsk, a city of about 80,000 people, about 300 people were mobilized in 4 days.

According to doctors, the first batch of mobilized people was sent from the city

even without a medical commission.

"Needless to say, here [at the polyclinic], we have been in a frenzy for the third day, and the medical board is being passed. There are two rounds of mobilized people ahead, a large volume of work. The first batch has already been sent, but

we have not examined them

. Maybe there will be more, I don't know." - says Feodosia Strekalovska, head doctor of the local polyclinic.

- Even those who never went to the doctor to confirm this or that disease became more active."

We will remind that in Russia, a mobilized man shot a military commissar.

He ordered everyone present to leave the hall, and then opened fire.
