The changes mainly concern the procedure for crossing the border

of persons with health problems and those who accompany them.

This is stated on the website of the State Border Service of Ukraine.

According to the changes, accompanying male citizens of Ukraine aged 18 to 60 are

no longer limited in the number of border crossings to leave Ukraine.

It should be noted that previously it was allowed only 1 time during the period of martial law.

The specified men can now travel abroad to the persons with disabilities, persons in need of constant care, children with disabilities or specified list of diseases that they care for, if the specified persons (children) are on the consular register.

The DPSU emphasizes that Ukrainians who are subject to conscription during mobilization must

return from abroad no later than the persons they accompanied.

"The resolution clearly regulates the categories of persons and the documents that are required for crossing the border. It is worth emphasizing that for different categories of persons, different documents are defined that confirm the degrees of kinship or the facts of providing care. In order to avoid refusal of a pass, we recommend that persons planning to cross the border, before arriving at the checkpoints, thoroughly familiarize yourself with the requirements of the Border Crossing Rules and have all the prescribed documents," the message reads.

We would like to remind you that students of foreign universities will no longer be allowed abroad during martial law.
