In Kharkiv, four "arrivals" were recorded, in some areas of the city there is no electricity supply. 

This was announced by the Mayor of Kharkiv Igor Terekhov. 

"They hit Kholodnohirsky district, according to preliminary information, an infrastructure object was damaged. There is no electricity in some areas of the city. Information about the victims is being clarified. Energy workers are working to restore electricity to the homes of Kharkiv residents as soon as possible," - said Ihor Terekhov. 

It will be recalled that explosions rang out in Kharkiv and Odesa during the air raid warning.
