Three explosions were heard, and then today the electricity was cut off in the second largest Ukrainian city of Kharkiv, said an eyewitness quoted by BTA.

"There is no lighting in some parts of the city. The information about the injured is being clarified," said the Mayor of Kharkiv Igor Terekhov in "Telegram".
He also reported a fourth attack.
Nights in Kharkiv are now calmer
Terekhov said an infrastructure facility had been affected and said authorities were working to restore power as quickly as possible.
The announcement followed a rocket attack on Kharkiv on September 9 that injured at least 10 people.
Ukrainian officials said the attack was in retaliation for their forces' successes on the battlefield against Russia.
