Wang Meihua replied that the Information Policy Council is a consortium regulated by the Ministry of Economic Affairs. Although the government donated less than half of the donation amount at the beginning, only about 38%, but according to the Law on Consortium Legal Persons, although it does not exceed half, if the government has direct, Indirect control, the government still has to strengthen supervision.

Luo Zhizheng asked whether legislators can transfer information to the Council?

Wang Meihua answered the question. Regarding the relevant consortium legal person, different legislators have transferred relevant information in the past, emphasizing that "there has been in the past."

Wang added that in such information, if the Ministry of Economic Affairs is asked to provide it, it will judge whether it can be provided.

As for the funding of the Information Policy Association, Wang Meihua said that more than 70% of the annual funding of the Information Policy Association is commissioned or subsidized by the government, so the relevant personnel of the Information Policy Association are assigned by the Ministry of Economic Affairs.

In addition, a large part of the funds of the Technology Division of the Ministry of Economic Affairs is given to the Information Policy Committee. When the relevant funds of the Technology Office are reviewed, the Information Policy Committee will attend.
