"If earlier we established the fact that men between the ages of 18 and 35 could not leave through Vasylivka, then as of yesterday evening (September 25 - Ed.) people from the temporarily occupied territories cannot leave for Zaporozhye," Fedorov said. . 

In addition, the Russians made it difficult to leave Crimea, which was annexed by the Russian Federation.

The authorities introduced additional filtering and questionnaires. 

From October 1, it will be necessary to obtain a special pass to leave the temporarily occupied territories.

"There's some kind of algorithm. It's almost impossible," Fedorov stressed.
