According to him, the local Gauleiter was instructed to form a "volunteer battalion" by October 10, which would consist of three thousand men mobilized from Melitopol.

Collaborators opened a center for equipping the battalion.

It was led by the pseudo-director of the museum, who stole the Scythian gold.

"We are aware that this will not be a volunteer battalion, but will be mobilized people who will be deliberately forced to fight against the Ukrainian people," says the mayor.

From October 1, it will be necessary to obtain a special pass to leave the temporarily occupied territories.

"There's some kind of algorithm. It's almost impossible," Fedorov stressed. 

We will remind, on September 21, during the morning address to the people, the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin,

 announced partial mobilization 

throughout the country from today.

According to the statement of the Russian dictator, reserve military personnel with military specialties and combat experience will be mobilized.
