Russian President Vladimir Putin intends to use 300,000 mobilized Russians to implement his ambitious plan to

enter the administrative borders of Donbas

.

This opinion was expressed by military expert, former spokesman of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

 Vladyslav Seleznyov

 in a comment to TSN.ua.

Commenting on the possibility of intensification of hostilities at the front, the expert recalled that "

300,000 Russians at the first stage of mobilization may be put under the gun

, involved in the so-called special military operation."

"Moreover, I think that

these human resources will be directed to the implementation of the first part of Putin's ambitious plan

- the entry to the administrative border of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions," predicts Seleznyov.

He reminded that the Russian offensive has now stalled - "

a Ukrainian counteroffensive is taking place in some areas, in particular in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions

, and it is also continuing in the Kharkiv and Kherson regions."

"So, now

the Russian army is carrying out a ``negative offensive''

. Therefore, now the reserves that the Russians are gathering will be directed to maintaining the borders," Seleznev added.

It will be recalled that on September 21, the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, stated that Russia is opposed to the collective West, therefore, according to the dictator, it is necessary to carry out a partial mobilization for protection.

According to Putin's decision, those who have served in the ranks of the armed forces of the Russian Federation, are in the reserve, have certain military accounting specialties and relevant experience should be subject to military service.

In total, plans to mobilize 300,000 people were announced.

Ex-deputy of the Russian State Duma Ilya Ponomaryov claims that there is a secret clause in the relevant decree of Putin, which refers to the conscription of a million citizens of the Russian Federation.
