A video from a Russian barracks, where mobilized Russians are instructed to provide themselves with everything they need, has been made freely available.

In the video, a medical instructor gives advice to future soldiers, what exactly they need to buy, and what is better to ask from relatives.

We are talking about bandages, tourniquets, hydrogen peroxide and even sanitary pads and tampons.

"Ask girls and wives for pads and tampons," says the woman.

According to her, these hygiene products will save you during diarrhea.

"Sleepers, definitely! You will sleep wherever you have to. Everything is yours! We don't have anything! We equipped our men ourselves," she adds.

The instructor also added that car first-aid kits will come in handy.

That's where you can find harnesses.

We will remind, the head of the Luhansk OVA, Serhii Gaidai, said that the Russians really removed obsolete Mosin rifles from storage for those mobilized from ORDLO.
