Partial

mobilization

in Russia will not affect the course of the war in Ukraine.

In an interview with RBC-Ukraine, a military expert, Colonel Serhii Grabsky, told about this.

"It is already too late. After Ukraine came to its senses, they advanced only in the Luhansk region and only to a distance of less than 50 kilometers. Since April, when they announced their intention to seize Donbas, there has been no further advance." - he declared.

It will be recalled that

after dictator Vladimir Putin announced partial mobilization, 261,000 men fled from Russia.
