Georgia plans to close its borders to men from the Russian Federation aged 18 to 55.

"We see that the flow of Russians to the territory of Georgia is quite large. This is a serious problem for us. The Georgian government has not yet done anything to stop this massive flow of Russians. But as far as they explained to us, they will close the borders on Monday," she said. deputy 

The newsgeorgia.ge portal, citing the Georgian government, refutes this statement.

In response to the journalists' request, the Georgian government said that the borders are open to everyone. 

The Revenue Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia reported that checkpoints on the border with the Russian Federation work around the clock.

According to preliminary data, 2,000 passenger cars from the Russian Federation have already arrived in Georgia after the announcement of mobilization.
